In 2017, students participated in the first business track offering, giving them exposure to different aspect of the music and creative industries. Students also got the opportunity to record in the brand new Sound Suite at the W Seattle. In October all participants flew to Phoenix, AZ to see Macklemore live in concert on the Gemini World Tour. The trip was sponsored by Alaska Airlines and part of three year partnership with the program.
